About Me

Fitness has greatly impacted my life. It began by playing sports all throughout middle school and high school. Once I graduated, I continued to be involved with sports, while also beginning my journey at the gym. Fast forward 7 years and I proudly served in the U.S. Army and received my Bachelor's in Sports & Health Science (focus on Exercise Science). I am now a certified Personal Trainer and Online Coaching Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), as well as a Mental Health Technician. As a wife, mother of a beautiful baby, and step-mom of 4 wonderful children, it's my goal to become the best version of myself that I can be. By staying healthy, I can ensure better quality of life for myself and my family. By creating "J-Fit-Life", it's my goal to help YOU become the best version of YOU there is!
